Wallpaper License

This is the license that comes with every live wallpaper sold on this site. A copy, filled in with the wallpaper's name, product ID, version and photo credit, is included as LICENSE.txt in each download bundle. © 2026 ByteBack. All rights reserved.

1. What this covers

This license covers every file delivered with a wallpaper purchase (together, "the Wallpaper"): the signed Android pack (.bbwp), the 4K desktop video loop, the 4K phone video loop, the iPhone Live Photo, and any still images, previews, and documentation in the bundle. It is between you, the buyer, and ByteBack.

2. What you may do

ByteBack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• display the Wallpaper as a wallpaper, lock screen, screensaver, or desktop background on up to five (5) devices that you personally own or control; and
• keep backup copies of the bundle for your own use.

Devices include phones, tablets, computers, and personal displays. Showing the Wallpaper on your own screen where other people happen to see it is fine.

3. What you may not do

You may not, in whole or in part, in original or modified form:

• Sell, resell, rent, sublicense, give away, or otherwise transfer the Wallpaper or its license key.
• Share, distribute, or make the Wallpaper available to anyone else, including through file sharing, cloud links, or messaging.
• Upload or post it to any wallpaper site, wallpaper app, theme store, Wallpaper Engine Workshop, social media gallery, or any other site, app, or service where others can download it.
• Mint, sell, or register it as an NFT or other digital token, or submit it to any stock-media, print-on-demand, or merchandise service.
• Use it, or any frame or still taken from it, to train, fine-tune, test, or evaluate any machine-learning or AI model, or include it in any dataset.
• Use it for any commercial purpose, including in advertising, marketing, products, packaging, or business displays such as shop screens, digital signage, or event backdrops.
• Use it in broadcast, streaming, film, video, or game productions, including as a background or overlay in live streams or videos you publish.
• Remove or work around the pack signature or license activation, or remove this license or any copyright or credit notice.
• Claim it as your own work or use it in a way that suggests ByteBack endorses you.

For any use not listed in section 2, ask first through the message form. Permission must be in writing.

4. Ownership

The Wallpaper is licensed, not sold. ByteBack and its licensors keep all ownership, copyright, and other rights in it. The underlying photograph is credited in the bundle and in the app, and is used under rights held by ByteBack.

5. Purchase and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply. As stated on the Refunds and terms of sale page, digital downloads are final once the order is complete. If a file fails to download, import, or play on a supported device, send your order number through the message form and the problem will be fixed or a working copy sent. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer laws where you live.

6. Termination

This license lasts indefinitely unless you break it. If you break any term, it ends automatically and you must delete all copies of the Wallpaper. Sections 3 and 4 survive termination.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

THE WALLPAPER IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYTEBACK'S TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE WALLPAPER IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR IT, AND BYTEBACK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
